There comes a point where it's no longer confusion.
It's hesitation.
You've prayed about it.
You've thought about it.
You've even talked it through with other people.
And yet, you're still asking God for clarity.
But what if the issue isn't clarity?
What if it's obedience?
Because the truth is—
God rarely gives step ten when we haven't moved on step one.
We say:
"God, show me the full plan."
But God is saying:
"I already showed you the next step."
Clarity Often Follows Movement
We like certainty.
We want guarantees.
We want to know how it's all going to work out before we move.
But faith doesn't work like that.
Faith moves, even when it doesn't have all the answers.
The reality is, clarity is often revealed after you take the step—
not before.
Delayed Obedience Feels Like Confusion
Sometimes we say:
"I just don't know what to do."
But deep down—we do.
We're just:
- Waiting for it to feel easier
- Waiting for confirmation from everyone else
- Waiting for fear to go away
But obedience doesn't wait for comfort.
It requires trust.
God Isn't Withholding—He's Waiting
God is not trying to confuse you.
He's not hiding the answer.
He's waiting to see if you trust Him enough to move
with what He already said.
Because obedience unlocks what clarity cannot.
Take the Step
It may not be the whole plan.
It may not feel perfect.
But it's your next step.
And your next step matters more than having it all figured out.
📖 Scripture
James 1:22 (NIV)
"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says."
✨ Final Thought
Stop waiting for more clarity,
and start moving on to what you already know.
Because sometimes the breakthrough you're praying for
is on the other side of your obedience.
